All our extensions on our site are under GNU General Public License, version 3
Our Free extensions require to keep the copyright link o the bottom of pages
For extensions downloaded under a payed subscription the copyright link can be remove, but we would be grateful if you keep this link displayed

2.Unlimited usage granted
For free extensions downloaded on joomloc.com can be installed on any website you want with no restriction of domaines number. You just need to keep and displays an appropriate copyright notice on each installation
For extensions downloaded under a payed subscription, the criteria for use (number of domains..) depend on the chosen subscription type, each subscription inform the policyholder of limitations.

3.Modifications
You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our extensions to fit your purposes, our code is 100% open source. You may alter the products code for your own use. In this case you need add information about modification of extension and indicate "modified copy of.." and you are not allowed to resell the component after having made your changes, this is not a commercial release clause

4.Support and Update
We provide support for product downloaded via a paid subscription and this as long as the subscription is active. After that period or if you want support for a free product, you can take a special support ticket subscription

During the period when your subscription is activated you can download as many times as you want the items to which your subscription gives you access and thus to have the updates. If your subscription is over, then you can take a new subscription for new access to updates

5.Commercial rights
The download of our products, free or using a paid subscription does not give you the right to resell them without our permission even after modification. Indeed, sources, files and any other part of the product remains our intellectual property and we are only allowed to market

6.Refund poilicy

Joomloc does not offer refunds for purchased products. Unlike physical goods, electronically distributed software and software licenses can be easily duplicated. Once we have distributed a release version to the customer, the sale is final, and you may not return the software for a refund or credit. Please be cautious and make sure you know what you are purchasing.

Under no circumstances Joomloc will provide refunds on "your software is not what I need" basis. Finding a bug in our products is not a reason for a refund. If you do find bugs, please report them so that we can fix them.

In the event of a mistake purchase, please report this to our support department using our ticketing system. In order to evaluate our products, please test them on our demo server. If you are uncertain of a specific feature, please ask a presale question or read the product documentation.

If you want to return an extension, please create a ticket, tell us what extension you want to return and your order number. We would also love to receive the reason you are returning the extension and any other feedback that could help us improve our extensions and business. Refund requests are processed within 3 business days.
